Please inform Casa Montgri in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that key collection takes place between 15:30 and 19:00. Arrivals after 19:30 carry a surcharge of EUR 25. It is not possible to check in after 21:00. Bed linen and towels are not included in the rate. They are available for rent for EUR 15 per person.
