It’s so nice when the nature is right outside your door! Villa «Baan Phulay Luxury Beachfront Villa» is located in Koh Samui. This villa is located in 8 km from the city center. You can take a walk and explore the neighbourhood area of the villa — Ko Samui Hospital, Raja Pier and Nathon Pier.

At the villa

You can stop by the restaurant. Want to be always on-line? Wi-Fi is available. If you travel by car, you can park in a parking zone. The following services are also available for the guests: a massage room.

Guests who love doing sports will be able to enjoy a yoga area and a diving club. Get ready for a fun and exciting vacation! Here’s what you will find on the premises: a library and a barbeque area. Here, you can treat yourself with water procedures as there will be a pool, an aquapark and an outdoor pool. For business meetings, there is a conference hall.

Since October 2017, all owners of quadrocopters and other unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) are required to register their devices with the National Television and Radio Commission of Thailand (NBTC). In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars).

To confirm the reservation, payment must be made within 48 hours once email is received. A security deposit of THB 30000 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
