Please inform Chalet Jonquille in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of EUR 750 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. A security deposit of EUR 750 in cash or cheque is required upon arrival for incidental charges. This deposit is fully refundable and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. If you pay the deposit in cash and no damages were incurred, your deposit will be refunded by cheque within 15 days of your departure. If you pay the deposit in a cheque and no damages were incurred to the property, your original cheque will be destroyed. If damages were incurred, the property will refund you the remaining balance within 15 days of your departure.
