As of April 1,2021 VISITAX for foreign tourists comes into force. Payment in the amount of 224 Mexican pesos (or $10 USD per person) can be done through the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists can pay before or during their stay in Quintana Roo. Proof of payment must be presented at the airport prior to departure.

The hotel reception is open between 10:00 AM and 15:00 PM. If arrival is after that time, a code and instructions for autonomous check-in are provided to guests. Guests are required to contact the hotel, inform in advance of their arrival time and get check-in instructions. Contact details can be found on your booking confirmation.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
