in 2025, the hotel will carry out maintenance and repairs from February to April to address existing issues and upgrade our Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment. These improvements aim to enhance guest comfort, improve the sleep experience, and streamline the check-in process.

Starting in November 1st 2025, the hotel will undertake a major renovation to transform Hotel Vale Verde into a 4-star boutique hotel. The planned upgrades include:

A new rooftop bar, landscaped garden, and expanded parking lot

Two new large family suites for up to 4 guests, created by merging four existing double rooms

A modern parking lot with EV charging stations

Our positioning in the market will be that of an affordable 4-star hotel with premium 3-star pricing, focusing on comfort, high-quality Renovations, a strategic location, and an immersive cultural experience.

Renovation Timeline and Reopening Plans

The main renovation will begin in November 2025. While the hotel is making every effort to minimize disruptions. The goal is to complete the work by late June 2026 and reopen in mid-July 2026, following staff training on the upgraded facilities and new service standards.
