At the resort

You can stop by the bar. It’s time to have a nice meal! Stop by the restaurant. Free Wi-Fi on the territory will help you to stay on-line. If you travel by car, you can park in a parking zone.

The following services are also available for the guests: a massage room, a sauna, a spa center and a doctor. Guests who love doing sports will be able to enjoy a fitness center, a gym, a yoga area and a diving club. You won’t be bored as at the resort you will find a library and a barbeque area. Here, you can treat yourself with water procedures as there will be a pool and an outdoor pool.

You can arrange a business meeting, a board meeting, and even a job where_kind+ as there is a business center, a conference hall, event facilities. There are playrooms for children at the resort. They will be having so much fun that you might have to spend the evening with adults. Want to have an excursion? Consult the tour assistance desk of the resort. The staff of the resort will order a transfer for you.

Accessibility: there is an elevator/lift. There are other services available for the guests of the resort. For example, a laundry, dry cleaning, an ATM, a chapel, ironing, press, car rental, a safe-deposit box and a concierge. The staff of the resort will be happy to talk to you in English and Japanese.

A deposit of 500,000.00 IDR per day will be required at check-in to cover any potential damages.

Couples checking into the same room must present a valid marriage certificate upon check-in. Otherwise, the property may reject the booking or request that a second room be booked.

Extra info

To prevent the spread of the Mpox virus, the Indonesian Ministry of Health has resumed health screening for international travelers (both Indonesian and foreign nationals) entering Indonesia from August 27, 2024. This includes completing an electronic self-declaration form called SATUSEHAT Health Pass, which must be completed on a dedicated web platform.

The hotel will be conducting lobby maintenance for essential safety and health reasons. The maintenance will take place in two phases:

Phase 1: Maintenance will begin on 9th January and is expected to be completed by 17th January.

Phase 2: Maintenance will then resume on 8th February and is expected to be completed by 19th February.

In between Phase 1 and Phase 2, the lobby area will return to normal operation. During both phases of maintenance, the lobby area will be temporarily relocated. The hotel will provide a completely suitable alternative lobby downstairs in the current group check-in area. This change will not affect the convenience or comfort of the guests. The hotel will ensure a smooth transition, with clear signage and support available to guide guests through the new check-in or check-out process.
