It’s so nice when the nature is right outside your door! Villa «Karpe Diem» is located in Koh Samui. This villa is located in 5 km from the city center. You can take a walk and explore the neighbourhood area of the villa. Places nearby: Wat Lamai, Bangkok Hospital and Coco Splash Waterpark.

At the villa

Taste the local cuisine and have a rest in the restaurant. In the shared kitchen, you can cook anything you want. Free Wi-Fi on the territory will help you to stay on-line. If you travel by car, there’s a parking zone.

The following services are also available for the guests: a massage room and a spa center. Guests who love doing sports will be able to enjoy a fitness center. You will find these entertainment amenities on the premises: a barbeque area. Here, you can treat yourself with water procedures as there will be a pool, an indoor pool and an outdoor pool.

To book an excursion, consult the tour assistance desk of the villa. If you want to make your journey even more comfortable, you can order a transfer. Since October 2017, all owners of quadrocopters and other unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) are required to register their devices with the National Television and Radio Commission of Thailand (NBTC). In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars).

Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Thailand hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information.

A security deposit of USD 1,000 or THB 30,000 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
