You can stop by the bar. You can stop by the restaurant. If you travel by car, you can park in a parking zone for free. Accessible for guests with disabilities: the elevator helps them to go to the highest floors.

At the guests’ disposal, there’s also a laundry, private check-in and check-out and press.

Please inform The Ark Lodge in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. The park entrance fees need to be purchased from the KWS office in Nairobi or you by credit card charged up on entry at the gate. The Ark's is sister property of Aberdare Country Club, you are expected to arrive for lunch at Aberdare Country Club and then lodge vehicle will transfer you to The Ark for dinner and overnight. Only bag pack are allowed, excess luggage shall be stored overnight at the reception of Aberdare Country club.
