At the villa

You can stop by the bar. It’s time to have a nice meal! Stop by the restaurant. Want to be always on-line? Wi-Fi is available. If you travel by car, you can park in a parking zone for free.

If you travel by car, there’s a parking zone. Also, the following services are available for guests at the villa: a massage room. Sports fans will be able to enjoy a mini-golf area and a diving club. You will find these entertainment amenities on the premises: a ping-pong area and a barbeque area.

Here, you can treat yourself with water procedures as there will be a pool and an outdoor pool. If you want to make your journey even more comfortable, you can order a transfer. Accessible for guests with disabilities: the elevator helps them to go to the highest floors. At the guests’ disposal, there’s also a laundry, ironing and car rental.

The staff of the villa speaks English, German and Russian.

Since October 2017, all owners of quadrocopters and other unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) are required to register their devices with the National Television and Radio Commission of Thailand (NBTC). In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars).

The villa requires prepayment via bank transfer or PayPal. Guests will receive a direct email from the villa within 48 hours of booking with the bank details or PayPal link. To confirm the reservation, payment must be made within 48 hours once the email is received.Please note that room rates do not include an electrical usage fee. The electrical fee will be charged at THB 8 per unit. A security deposit of THB 15000 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
