At the resort

It offers a wide range of sports activities, a gentle entrance to the sea and evening entertainment on the beach.

Available food rates at the hotel: All-Inclusive, Half Board, Full Board. There are 2 restaurants and 3 bars: Maakanaa — the main buffet restaurant, Raabondhi — a seafood grill restaurant, Boli Bar — a lounge bar where guests can play billiards, Fun Pub — a pool bar with evening shows, disco and karaoke, open from 9:00 PM. Palm Terrace bar — pool bar with drinks and snacks.

Guests can use the hotel services such as: spa, adult and children's pool, gym, table tennis, billiards, volleyball, tennis court, badminton, diving, water sports center. The hotel organizes various excursions, fishing, cruises, visits to local islands, picnics, snorkeling. In the evenings, the main bar hosts events with live music, shows, crab races, a disco, wedding ceremonies.

Special living conditions

You can request the documents necessary for a visa, the service is provided for an additional fee. Any additional fee will have to be paid even if the booking is subsequently cancelled, and all the agreements exist exclusively between you and the provider of the documents.

Transfer

Transfer from/to airport available. Cost: 400.00 USD one way.

Extra info

Transfer should be paid separately. The cost can range from USD 200.00 to 600.00.

Guests need to book minimum 4 nights of stay in the period 24.12.23 — 10.01.24. No departure on December 24th, December 31st, and January 1st.

Aeroplane and boat transfer per child: USD 200.00, return, from 2 to 11 years old. The transfer is available only before 11:30 AM.

Additional fee for children from 12 years old to 17 years old: USD 304.77 per person, per stay. The additional fee covers transfer fees for guests ages 12 to 17.

Christmas Eve December 24th Gala Dinner per adult: USD 260.00, per child: USD 130.00, from 2 to 12 years old:

New Year's Eve December 31st Gala Dinner per adult: USD 350.00, per child: USD 175.00, from 2 to 12 years old.

The following services should be booked in advance: a massage and spa treatments. The resort will accept guests' order if it is booked in advance.

This hotel has adjoining rooms, they are a subject to availability.

The combined transfer to the hotel takes 25 minutes by seaplane from Male airport to Dharavandhoo local airport, then 10 minutes by speedboat to the hotel. Guests are required to pay a mandatory transfer fee for adults and children.

Transfer schedule: to reach Royal Island Resort & Spa on the same day, guests should arrive at Male International Airport prior to 10:00 PM local time. The property staff is unable to arrange domestic transfers for guests. Guests need to be in time for a return flight before 09:00 АМ local time.

Guests are required to provide arrival and departure flight details to the property at least 48 hours prior to arrival.
