In the immediate vicinity of the hotel there are a water park Golden Beach, a city children's amusement park, musical fountains, a crocodile farm, a petting zoo, a seaport, a yacht club, a diving and windsurfing club, sailing, a water stadium on the Ski-Rixen cable car-south — water skiing, city pump room with mineral water, shopping centers, cafes, restaurants and nightclubs.
