Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Serenity Guest House in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of AUD 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that there is a 2% charge when you pay with a credit card. Please note that infants and young children will require parental supervision at the property as there are stairs, water features and other areas of the house that may be considered as not safe for children. Please note: to secure your dates, a 50% deposit is charged 24 hours after your booking is received.
