You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. PayPal and bank transfer are accepted methods of payment for the deposit. Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the price but can rented for an additional fee when reserved in advance. Bed linen costs between EUR 13 and EUR 16 per bed, depending on bed size, and a set of 3 towels costs EUR 10. Please note that for the studios, a EUR 40 end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included in the price. You can choose to pay the fee or clean the accommodation yourself. Check-in is by appointment only. Please contact the property in advance to organise a time. Contact details can be found on your booking confirmation. On Sundays and on public holidays, check-in is only available until 13:00.
