In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. A damage deposit of CAD 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Late check ins after 7PM: $50.00 late check in fee as additional staff will have to be kept after hours to cover this request. There will be no check in’s after 10:00 PM. There shall be no excessive noise or partying allowed on/or in the suite, nor shall there be and undesirable behavior allowed that would effect enjoyment of other guests on the resort property. Quiet time is from 11pm to 7am. Registered occupants traveling without a parent or guardian must be a minimum of 25 years of age to rent. No cats allowed. A maximum of one dog under 15 inches (from the top of the head) is allowed in some suites. Guests must contact property before arrival or the pet dog will not be allowed.
