As of April 1,2021 VISITAX for foreign tourists comes into force. Payment in the amount of 224 Mexican pesos (or $10 USD per person) can be done through the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists can pay before or during their stay in Quintana Roo. Proof of payment must be presented at the airport prior to departure.

You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of USD 350 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by PayPal. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via PayPal, subject to an inspection of the property. Every condominium has one free parking spot assigned. The parking is underground, the height of the car is 2.20 mts otherwise you won't be able to use it. We inform that from April 24th to June 1 st, there are improvement works in the complex and non-slip floors will be installed on the "common areas" (the floors inside the aparments are going to be ok).
